Scheduling Around Your Operations
Allcare operates 7 days per week, 365 days per year, up to 24 hours per day. Office cleaning is typically scheduled after hours or on weekends to avoid disrupting your staff. For some clients, a partial schedule during business hours is preferred. Both models work.
Frequency is set to your need: five nights per week, three nights, weekly, or a custom split with specific rooms cleaned on different days. One-time deep cleans and event cleanups are handled as well.

Allcare uses the Enviro Care line by Rochester Midland Canada. These are EcoLogo and Green Seal certified formulas: plant-based concentrates that have been part of Allcare’s program for over 20 years.
Colour-coded microfibre cloths are used by zone. Washroom cloths stay in washrooms. Kitchen cloths stay in kitchens. HEPA backpack vacuums capture fine particulates rather than redistributing them. In open office environments with significant carpet area, this reduces airborne dust reintroduction during vacuuming.

An Allcare account manager visits your office before any contract is signed. The walkthrough covers cleanable square footage, workstations, meeting rooms, kitchen and breakroom areas, washrooms and fixtures, flooring types, and any access or security requirements specific to your building. It typically takes 15 to 30 minutes. From that visit, the account manager builds a customized scope and frequency schedule. The person doing the walkthrough is the same person who manages your account after you sign.
