Office cleaning frequencies vary from building to building. Many factors which come into consideration. Besides the obvious of size of property, type of business, and use of space, the following are additional items to consider:
- Budget: How much can I spend each month? What can we do in the office to lessen the frequency of office cleaning, therefore reducing the cost?
- How much employee traffic do I have? Do we work on a hybrid schedule? Do we have full staff daily? How much warehouse/production staff do I have?
- Environment: Are we a clean office or a manufacturing/production plant? Do we have frequent visitors? Do we follow HAACP or are regulated by a governing body?
- Do I need full service daily or full service once a week and modified during the week?
- What kind of furnishings do I have? What Kind of Flooring do I have? How much traffic is going through our building on a daily basis.
- What’s the purpose of having cleaners?

Each one of these factors aid in determining the frequency of your office cleaning services but there are no hard-and fast rules. Daily cleaning allows for immediate concerns to be addressed, while the weekend cleaning allows for a deeper more in-depth cleaning.
